This Privacy Policy explains how Rankey ("we", "us"), operated by 랭키 (Rankey, midamexternal@gmail.com), collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes information when you use the Rankey service at https://rankey.com (the "Service"), including the "rankey" application registered with Google.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: email address, password (stored encrypted), and name or nickname, when you sign up.
• Usage information: IP address, access time, browser type, cookies, and service usage records (such as keywords you search), collected automatically.
• Inquiry information: email address and message content, when you contact us.

2. How We Use Information

• To identify users and manage accounts and logins
• To provide Service features such as website rankings, traffic analysis, and keyword search volume
• To respond to inquiries and send service notices
• To prevent abuse and improve the stability and quality of the Service

3. Google API Services and Google User Data

3.1 What data we access from Google

The Service uses the Google Ads API (scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) through our own Google Ads account, authenticated with a server-side service account. Through the Google Ads API we request only aggregated, non-personal keyword statistics: keyword ideas, average monthly search volume, monthly search trends, competition level, and estimated top-of-page bid ranges.

We do not ask users to sign in with Google, and we do not access, collect, or receive any Google user data such as Google account profile information, email addresses, contacts, or users' own Google Ads account data.

3.2 How we use this data

Keyword statistics obtained from the Google Ads API are used only to display keyword search volume and related keyword insights to users of the Service. We do not use this data for advertising profiling, and we do not use it to train generalized AI or machine learning models.

3.3 How we store and protect this data

Keyword statistics may be temporarily cached or stored on our servers (hosted by iwinv in the Republic of Korea) to improve performance. Service account credentials are stored securely on our servers with restricted access and are never exposed to users. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

3.4 How we share this data

We do not sell, rent, or transfer data obtained from Google APIs to third parties, advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers. Data is shared only when required by law.

3.5 Retention and deletion

Cached keyword statistics are refreshed or deleted periodically and are not retained longer than necessary to provide the Service. Because we do not collect Google user data, there is no Google user data to delete; if you have any questions or requests, contact us at midamexternal@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.

3.6 Limited Use disclosure

Rankey's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Retention

• Account information is retained until you delete your account and is deleted without delay afterwards.
• Access logs are retained for 3 months as required by Korean law.
• Other information is retained only for the period required by applicable law.

5. Sharing and Processors

We do not provide personal information to third parties except with your consent or as required by law. We use iwinv as our server hosting provider.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information, request that processing be stopped, or withdraw consent by deleting your account at any time. Send requests to midamexternal@gmail.com.

7. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to improve convenience. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work.

8. Security

We protect information with password encryption, HTTPS encryption in transit, least-privilege access control, and access log retention.
